These cheesy buffalo bacon pretzel bombs are soft, golden, and packed with spicy buffalo chicken, crispy bacon, and melted cheese. Topped with a creamy ranch drizzle, they’re perfect for game days, parties, or a fun appetizer.
Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare Filling: In a bowl, mix shredded buffalo chicken, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and buffalo sauce.
Shape Bombs: Roll pizza dough into 12 equal pieces. Flatten each piece and add 1–2 tablespoons of filling in the center. Fold and seal into balls.
Prepare Baking Soda Bath: In a large pot, bring 10 cups water to a boil. Add baking soda carefully. Boil pretzel bombs in batches for 30 seconds, then remove with a slotted spoon.
Bake: Place boiled pretzel bombs on prepared baking sheet. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with garlic powder. Bake 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
Serve: Drizzle with ranch dressing and serve warm.
