Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 12 oz bowtie pasta
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  • Add onions and garlic to the beef, cooking until softened and fragrant.
  • Pour in beef broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer.
  • Stir in cooked pasta, shredded cheddar cheese, and Italian seasoning. Cook until cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, then garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot.

  • For a Lighter Version: Use lean ground beef or ground turkey.
