  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Graham cracker crumbs for topping

Instructions
 

  • Slice strawberries in half lengthwise and use a small spoon to gently scoop a little well into the center of each half.
  • In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
