Cheeseburger Pinwheels are a fun, bite-sized twist on the classic cheeseburger. Made with seasoned ground beef, melty cheese, and soft dough, these rolls are perfect for parties, snacks, or an easy weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ small onion finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can 8 oz refrigerated crescent roll dough or pizza dough
  • 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)
  • Sesame seeds optional, for topping

Instructions
 

Cook Beef Mixture:

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Drain excess grease. Stir in ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Let cool slightly.

Prepare Dough:

  • Roll out crescent or pizza dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface. Press seams together if using crescent dough.

Assemble Pinwheels:

  • Spread the beef mixture evenly over the dough, then sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Roll up tightly from the long side and slice into 1-inch rounds.

Bake:

  • Place pinwheels on a lined baking sheet. Brush tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds if using. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–20 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve:

  • Serve warm with ketchup, mustard, or dipping sauce of choice.
