Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients:

  • 1 package cheese tortellini fresh or frozen, 9 oz
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded

Toppings & Seasoning:

  • ½ cup parmesan cheese grated
  • ½ cup pepperoni slices halved or chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional

Instructions
 

Prepare Oven:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Cook Tortellini:

  • Cook tortellini according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Mix Ingredients:

  • In a large bowl, combine cooked tortellini, marinara sauce, half of the mozzarella, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.

Assemble Casserole:

  • Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. Top with remaining mozzarella, parmesan, and pepperoni slices.

Bake:

  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve:

  • Remove from oven and let cool 5 minutes before serving. Slice and serve warm.
