These cheese and spinach stuffed pastries are golden, flaky, and filled with creamy, cheesy spinach goodness. Perfect as a snack, appetiser, or light meal, they’re irresistibly delicious and easy to make at home.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
  • ½ cup ricotta cheese
  • ¼ cup feta cheese crumbled
  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 egg for brushing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Make Filling: In a bowl, combine spinach, ricotta, feta, mozzarella, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Assemble Pastries: Cut puff pastry into squares. Add a spoonful of filling to the centre, fold, and seal edges with a fork.
  • Brush and Bake: Brush tops with beaten egg and bake for 18–20 minutes until golden and puffed.
  • Serve: Serve warm with a dipping sauce or salad.

Notes

  • Tip: Use frozen spinach (thawed and drained) for convenience.
  • Variation: Add cooked mushrooms or sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavour.
  • Serve with: Garlic yoghurt dip or marinara sauce.
