Cheddar-Stuffed BBQ Bacon Bombs are smoky, cheesy, and indulgent. Juicy ground beef is wrapped around melty cheddar, encased in crispy bacon, and finished with BBQ sauce for a bold, crowd-pleasing appetizer or hearty snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 –8 slices cheddar cheese
  • 12 –16 slices bacon
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce for brushing

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare Beef:

  • Season ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

Assemble Bombs:

  • Divide beef into 6–8 portions. Flatten each portion, place a slice of cheddar in the center, and wrap beef around the cheese, forming a ball.

Wrap with Bacon:

  • Wrap each beef ball with 1–2 slices of bacon, securing with toothpicks if needed.

Bake:

  • Place on prepared baking sheet and bake 25–30 minutes, until bacon is crispy and beef is cooked through.

Brush with BBQ:

  • Remove from oven and brush generously with BBQ sauce. Serve hot.

    Assemble bombs ahead of time and refrigerate; bake when ready.
