Ingredients

  • 12 oz smoked sausage, sliced
  • 3 medium potatoes, diced
  • 2 large carrots, sliced
  • 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Seasoning:

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven

  • Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.

Prep Ingredients
