Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional toppings: crushed pecans, chocolate chips, toffee bits

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the caramel sauce, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until well combined and smooth.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
  • If desired, sprinkle crushed pecans, chocolate chips, or toffee bits on top for extra flavor and texture.

Serve:

  • Serve the Caramel Cream Cheese Dip with apple slices, pretzels, graham crackers, or any of your favorite dipping items.

Notes

  • Caramel Sauce: You can use store-bought caramel sauce, or make your own by melting 1 cup of granulated sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Once melted and golden, add ½ cup of heavy cream and stir until smooth.
  • Flavor Variations: Add a pinch of sea salt to the dip for a salted caramel version, or mix in a bit of cinnamon for a warm, spiced flavor.
  • Make-Ahead: The dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Let it come to room temperature before serving.
