These caramel apple dessert cups are sweet, creamy, and full of cozy fall flavours. With layers of cinnamon-spiced apples and smooth caramel, they’re an easy no-bake treat perfect for holidays or quick entertaining.

Ingredients
  

For the Apple Layer:

  • 3 medium apples peeled and diced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

For the Cream Layer:

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Other:

  • 6 crushed graham crackers or digestive biscuits
  • ½ cup caramel sauce store-bought or homemade
  • Extra caramel and whipped cream for topping optional

Instructions
 

Cook the Apples:

  • In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Cook for 5–7 minutes until tender. Set aside to cool.

Make Whipped Cream:

  • Beat heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Chill until ready to assemble.

Prepare Crust Layer:

  • Crush graham crackers and spoon a layer into the bottom of 6 small serving cups.

Assemble Dessert Cups:

  • Layer whipped cream, caramel sauce, and cooked apples in each cup. Repeat layers as desired.

Garnish (Optional):

  • Top with extra whipped cream, caramel drizzle, or a pinch of cinnamon.

Notes

  • Make Ahead: Assemble up to 1 day in advance and store covered in the fridge.
  • Variations: Use apple pie filling instead of fresh apples for a shortcut.
