Ingredients
  

  • 1 8 oz block cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves chopped
  • Optional: balsamic glaze for drizzling
  • Crackers bread, or veggies for serving

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven:

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish.

Assemble the Dip:

  • Spread the cream cheese evenly in the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan on top.

Add Tomatoes:

  • Top with halved cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Bake:

  • Bake for 15–20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Garnish and Serve:

  • Top with chopped basil and a drizzle of balsamic glaze if using. Serve warm with crackers or toasted bread.

Notes

  • Make Ahead: Assemble and refrigerate up to 1 day in advance. Bake just before serving.
  • Custom Flavour: Add minced garlic or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for extra kick.
  • Serving Tip: Pairs beautifully with crostini, breadsticks, or veggie sticks.
