1box15.25 oz cake mix (any flavor, but chocolate or vanilla works best)
2large eggs
½cupvegetable oil

Instructions
Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Make the cookie dough:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until the dough is well combined and smooth. The dough will be thick.
Roll the dough:
Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll them into balls.
Roll each dough ball in powdered sugar until it is fully coated.
Bake the cookies:
Place the coated dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set and the tops have cracked. The cookies should be soft in the center.
Cool and serve:
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
