CAKE MIX COOKIES
These soft and chewy cake mix cookies are made with just three main ingredients and are incredibly easy to customise. Perfect for quick baking, parties, or last-minute sweet cravings—ready in under 20 minutes!
Ingredients
- 1 box 15.25 oz cake mix (any flavour: chocolate, vanilla, funfetti, etc.)
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup vegetable oil
Optional add-ins:
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- ½ cup sprinkles
- ½ cup chopped nuts
Instructions
Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Make the Dough:
- In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, and oil. Mix until a soft dough forms. Stir in optional add-ins if using.
Shape the Cookies:
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls. Place onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake:
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are set. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
