Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Cook Sausage & Shrimp:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add sausage and cook until browned. Add shrimp and Cajun seasoning. Cook 2–3 minutes, until shrimp is pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Make Alfredo Sauce:
In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream, then stir in Parmesan and mozzarella until melted and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Combine:
Add cooked pasta, sausage, and shrimp to the sauce. Toss well to coat everything in the Alfredo sauce.
Serve:
Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve warm.
