Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 cups cabbage shredded
  • 1 can 14.5 oz diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
 

Prepare the Beef and Cabbage:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook ground beef with onion and garlic until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes until cabbage softens slightly.

Assemble and Bake:

  • Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve:

  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve hot as a complete meal or with a side of crusty bread.
