Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients:

  • 12 large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing for serving

Instructions
 

Prepare Shrimp:

  • Season shrimp with salt and black pepper.

Coat Shrimp:

  • Dredge shrimp in flour, dip in buttermilk, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.

Cook Shrimp:

  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook shrimp 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Remove from skillet.

Make Buffalo Coating:

  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter with Buffalo sauce.

Toss Shrimp:

  • Toss cooked shrimp in the Buffalo sauce mixture until coated.

Serve:

  • Serve immediately with Ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
