Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings split into flats and drumettes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

For the Buffalo Sauce:

  • ½ cup hot sauce like Frank’s RedHot
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika optional for color

Instructions
 

Prepare Oven:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly grease.

Season Wings:

  • Toss chicken wings with salt, pepper, and vegetable oil. Arrange wings on the baking sheet in a single layer.

Bake Wings:

  • Bake wings for 25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and cooked through.

Prepare Buffalo Sauce:

  • While wings bake, combine hot sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, and paprika in a small bowl. Mix until smooth.

Coat and Serve:

  • Once wings are done, toss them in the buffalo sauce until evenly coated. Serve immediately with celery sticks and ranch or blue cheese dressing.
