Ingredients
  

  • 9 cups Chex cereal rice or corn
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Melt Chocolate Mixture:

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and butter in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.

Coat Cereal:

  • Pour chocolate mixture over Chex cereal in a large bowl. Gently stir until cereal is evenly coated.

Add Powdered Sugar:

  • Transfer coated cereal to a large resealable plastic bag. Add powdered sugar, seal, and shake until well coated.

Serve:

  • Spread on parchment paper to cool and set. Store in an airtight container.
