1loaf French breadcut into 1-inch cubes (about 8 cups)
3ripe bananassliced
6large eggs
2cupsmilk
½cupbrown sugarpacked
1tablespoonvanilla extract
2teaspoonsground cinnamon

2tablespoonsunsalted buttermelted

Instructions
Prepare the Bread and Bananas:
Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Layer half of the bread cubes in the dish, then add a layer of banana slices. Top with the remaining bread cubes.
Make the Custard:
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, salt, and melted butter until smooth.
Combine and Chill:
Pour the custard evenly over the bread and bananas. Press down gently to soak the bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
