Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups fresh or frozen broccoli florets
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup crushed Ritz crackers or breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Preheat Oven – Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Step 2: Cook Broccoli – Steam or blanch broccoli until just tender. Drain and set aside.
  • Step 3: Mix Sauce – In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir in cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  • Step 4: Assemble Casserole – Add broccoli to the baking dish and pour the cheese mixture over it. Stir to combine.
  • Step 5: Add Topping & Bake – Mix crushed crackers with melted butter and sprinkle over the casserole. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
