This Broccoli and Mushroom Stir Fry is a quick, healthy, and flavour-packed dish. Crisp broccoli and tender mushrooms are tossed in a savoury sauce, making it perfect as a side or a light main with rice or noodles.

Instructions
Sauté Vegetables:
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds. Add broccoli and mushrooms, stir-fry for 5–6 minutes until just tender.
Add Sauce:
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), sesame oil, and water. Pour over the vegetables.
