Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 2 cups sparkling water or club soda
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Lemon slices for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, blend fresh or frozen blueberries with honey or maple syrup until smooth.
  • Strain the blueberry mixture to remove any pulp if desired.
  • In a glass, combine the blueberry syrup with lemon juice and sparkling water.
  • Stir gently and fill with ice cubes.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves and lemon slices.
