Instructions
Prepare the Vanilla Cream:
In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth and pipeable. Chill until ready to use.
Prepare the Pastry Rings:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Cut into 8 strips. Loop each strip into a ring and pinch ends to seal. Place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
Add Filling:
Spoon a small amount of blueberry preserves into the center of each ring. Brush pastry edges with beaten egg.
Bake:
Bake for 18–20 minutes or until golden brown and puffed. Cool slightly on a wire rack.
Add Vanilla Cream:
