Big Mac Wraps are a fun, handheld version of the classic burger. Filled with seasoned beef, cheese, lettuce, pickles, and special sauce, they’re quick and family-friendly.

Ingredients
  

For the Wraps:

  • 1 lb ground beef lean ground beef
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Toppings & Sauce:

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup diced pickles
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup special sauce or Thousand Island dressing

Instructions
 

Cook Beef:

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat.

Prepare Tortillas:

  • Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for easier rolling.

Assemble Wraps:

  • Assemble wraps by layering beef, lettuce, pickles, cheese, and special sauce onto each tortilla.

Serve:

  • Roll tortillas tightly and slice in half if desired. Serve immediately.

  • Make Ahead: Cook beef and prep toppings in advance. Assemble wraps just before serving.
