Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs seedless red grapes washed and dried
  • 2 lbs seedless green grapes washed and dried
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup brown sugar for topping
  • 1 cup chopped pecans for topping

Instructions
 

Make the Creamy Base:

  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

Add Grapes:

  • Fold in the red and green grapes until fully coated in the creamy mixture.

Add Topping:

  • Just before serving, sprinkle the brown sugar and chopped pecans evenly over the top of the salad.

Chill & Serve:

  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to enhance the flavor and texture.
