Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups baby spinach
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • cup crumbled feta cheese
  • cup toasted pecans
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon olive oil or lemon juice for extra dressing

Instructions
 

Prepare Ingredients:

  • Wash and dry the spinach and berries. Slice strawberries and toast pecans if not pre-toasted.

Assemble the Salad:

  • In a large salad bowl, combine baby spinach, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and pecans.

Add Feta and Glaze:

  • Sprinkle crumbled feta on top and drizzle with balsamic glaze.

Toss and Serve:

  • Lightly toss just before serving. Add a drizzle of olive oil or lemon juice if desired.

Notes

Make Ahead: Combine all ingredients except feta and glaze. Add those just before serving.
Customisations: Try goat cheese instead of feta or add grilled chicken for a complete meal.
