Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz pasta penne or fettuccine work well
  • 1 lb beef sirloin or steak thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Cook Pasta:

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Cook Beef:

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.

Make Garlic Sauce:

  • In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute). Stir in heavy cream, beef broth, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.

Add Cheese:

  • Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens slightly.

Combine:

  • Return beef to skillet, add cooked pasta, and toss until evenly coated. Cook for another 2–3 minutes to heat through.

Serve:

  • Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan if desired. Serve warm.
