8 oz lo mein or spaghetti noodles 1 pound beef sirloin thinly sliced 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon oyster sauce 1 teaspoon sesame oil 2 cloves garlic minced 1 teaspoon ginger minced 1 cup sliced bell peppers 1 cup shredded carrots ½ cup sliced green onions 2 tablespoons vegetable oil Salt and pepper to taste
