This Banana Split Fluff Salad is creamy, fruity, and sweet. Layers of bananas, pineapple, strawberries, whipped cream, and marshmallows make it a fun, easy dessert perfect for family gatherings, potlucks, or summer treats.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe bananas sliced
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks fresh or canned, drained
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 package 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped cream homemade or store-bought
  • Optional: chocolate syrup crushed nuts, or maraschino cherries for topping

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Cream Mixture: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in 1 cup whipped cream.
  • Layer Salad: In a large bowl or trifle dish, layer half of the bananas, strawberries, pineapple, and marshmallows. Spread half of the cream mixture over the fruit. Repeat layers.
  • Top Layer: Spread remaining whipped cream on top. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle with nuts or cherries if desired.
  • Chill: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to set.
  • Serve: Scoop into bowls and enjoy.
