Ingredients
  

For the Salad:

  • 6 cups fresh spinach leaves washed
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • ¼ cup red onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup feta cheese crumbled
  • ¼ cup toasted almonds sliced or slivered

For the Dressing:

  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

Prepare Dressing:

  • In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

Assemble Salad:

  • In a large bowl, combine spinach, strawberries, red onion, feta, and almonds.

Dress Salad:
