Baked Spasagna is a delicious fusion of spaghetti and lasagna, layered with rich meat sauce, creamy cheese, and baked to perfection. This hearty dish is perfect for family dinners or cozy gatherings.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1 jar 24 oz marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish optional

Instructions
 

Cook Spaghetti:

  • Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare Meat Sauce:

  • In a large skillet, brown ground beef with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat. Stir in marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.

Assemble:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a baking dish, layer half of the spaghetti, half of the meat sauce, dollops of ricotta, and half of the mozzarella. Repeat layers.

Top:

  • Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top layer.

Bake:

  • Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.

Serve:

  • Garnish with fresh basil or parsley if desired. Serve warm.
