Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • ¼ cup (½ stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for a little heat)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
  • Prepare shrimp: In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, parsley, lemon juice, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper.
  • Toss shrimp in sauce: Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  • Bake: Spread the shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through. Do not overcook.
  • Serve: Serve immediately.
