This stunning baked brie and bread wreath is a festive, pull-apart holiday appetizer. Gooey, melted brie is surrounded by golden, buttery rolls—perfect for dipping and sharing at Christmas parties or family gatherings.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 8 oz round of brie cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough or biscuit dough
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary or thyme
  • Optional toppings: honey cranberry sauce, chopped pecans

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Shape the Wreath:

  • Cut dough into small pieces and roll into balls. Arrange in a circle on the baking sheet with space in the center for the brie. Place the brie in the middle.

Add Seasoning:

  • Brush dough balls with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and herbs.

Bake:

  • Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the rolls are golden and the brie is soft and melty.

Serve:

  • Serve immediately. Optional: Drizzle honey or top with cranberry sauce and nuts before serving.

Notes

  • Make Ahead: Assemble the wreath and refrigerate for up to 4 hours before baking.
  • Custom Touch: Add chopped nuts, caramelized onions, or jam on top of the brie before baking for extra flavor.
  • Storage: Best served warm and fresh, but leftovers can be reheated at 300°F for 10 minutes.
