Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients:

  • 6 jalapeños halved and seeds removed
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 6 slices bacon cut in half

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare Filling:

  • Mix cream cheese, shredded cheddar, salt, and pepper.

Stuff Jalapeños:

  • Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.

Wrap with Bacon:

  • Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with half a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.

Bake:

  • Bake 15–20 minutes until bacon is crispy.

Serve:

  • Cool slightly and serve warm as an appetizer.
