BACON SPINACH PINWHEELS

Ingredients
  

For the Pinwheels:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup spinach fresh, chopped
  • 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

Prepare Filling:

  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, chopped spinach, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.

Assemble Pinwheels:

  • Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface. Spread the filling evenly over the pastry. Roll tightly into a log shape.

Bake:

  • Slice the log into 12 pinwheels and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.

Serve:

  • Allow to cool slightly, then serve warm as a party appetizer or snack.
