This Bacon, Egg and Cheese Biscuit Bake is a hearty, all-in-one breakfast casserole. Fluffy biscuits, crispy bacon, eggs, and melted cheese come together in one dish—perfect for weekends, brunch, or holiday mornings.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can 16 oz refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 –8 slices cooked bacon chopped
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions optional

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Cut Biscuits:

  • Cut each biscuit into quarters and spread them evenly in the baking dish.

Mix Filling:

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Stir in cheese, bacon, and green onions if using.

Assemble Bake:

  • Pour the egg mixture over the biscuit pieces in the dish, making sure everything is evenly covered.

Bake:

  • Bake for 30–35 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

Make Ahead:
Assemble the night before and refrigerate. Bake in the morning as directed.
Variations:
Swap bacon with sausage or ham, or add bell peppers for extra flavour and colour.
Storage Tips:
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or oven until warm.
