This bacon cheeseburger meatloaf combines juicy ground beef, melted cheese, and crispy bacon for the ultimate comfort food. It’s hearty, flavourful, and tastes just like a classic cheeseburger — without the bun!
Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, cheese, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, eggs, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, bacon, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
Shape and Bake: Form the mixture into a loaf and place it in the pan. Spread ketchup or barbecue sauce on top.
