These bacon cheddar ranch pinwheels are loaded with creamy, cheesy, savoury flavour. Easy to make ahead, they’re perfect for parties, lunchboxes, or snack platters and always disappear fast!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices cooked bacon crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing mix dry powder
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions optional

Instructions
 

Mix the Filling:

  • In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing mix, and green onions (if using).

Spread and Roll:

  • Lay tortillas flat and divide the filling evenly among them. Spread to the edges, then roll each tortilla tightly into a log.

Chill:

  • Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.

Slice and Serve:

  • Unwrap and slice each roll into about 6 pinwheels. Arrange on a platter and serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

Make Ahead:
Pinwheels can be made a day ahead. Keep rolled and wrapped in the fridge, then slice before serving.
