In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing mix, and green onions (if using).
Spread and Roll:
Lay tortillas flat and divide the filling evenly among them. Spread to the edges, then roll each tortilla tightly into a log.
Chill:
Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
