3 –4 lbs pork shoulder also called pork butt 1 tablespoon brown sugar 1 tablespoon smoked paprika 2 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon garlic powder ½ teaspoon onion powder ½ teaspoon chili powder 1 cup BBQ sauce plus more for serving ½ cup apple cider vinegar 8 hamburger buns Optional Toppings: Coleslaw Pickles Extra BBQ sauce
