1 lb 450g ground chicken or diced chicken breast 1 tablespoon sesame oil 3 cloves garlic minced 2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce 1 teaspoon rice vinegar 1 teaspoon honey 1 teaspoon grated ginger 2 green onions sliced 1 tablespoon sesame seeds 1 head butter lettuce or romaine leaves separated Optional: shredded carrots or chopped water chestnuts for crunch
