Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups egg noodles uncooked
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 can 15 oz tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese optional
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Cook Noodles:

  • Boil egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Cook Beef:

  • In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned. Drain excess fat. Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Make Sauce:

  • In a large bowl, whisk together mushroom soup, chicken soup, milk, tomato sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.

Combine:

  • Add cooked noodles and beef mixture to the sauce. Stir until fully combined.

Bake:

  • Transfer mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Top with shredded cheese if using. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

Serve:

  • Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

Make Ahead: Assemble ahead and refrigerate for up to 24 hours. Bake when ready to serve.
Freezer Friendly: Freeze before baking; thaw overnight and bake as directed.
