Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup finely chopped toasted almonds
  • Additional powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cream Butter and Sugar:

  • In a large bowl, beat butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in vanilla extract.

Add Flour and Almonds:

  • Gradually add flour and mix until combined. Stir in chopped toasted almonds.

Shape Cookies:

  • Form dough into small crescent shapes and place on the baking sheet about 1 inch apart.

Bake:

  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are lightly golden. Let cool for 5 minutes.

Dust with Sugar:

  • While warm, dust cookies generously with powdered sugar. Cool completely on a wire rack.
