AIR FRYER RAVIOLI CHIPS WITH MARINARA DIPPING SAUCE
Sana Umer
These crispy air fryer ravioli chips are golden, crunchy, and filled with cheesy pasta goodness. Coated in seasoned breadcrumbs and served with warm marinara sauce, they make an easy appetizer or snack everyone will love.
In one shallow bowl, whisk the eggs with the water. In another shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
Coat the Ravioli
Dip each ravioli into the egg mixture, allowing any excess to drip off. Coat it thoroughly in the breadcrumb mixture and place it on a plate or baking sheet.
Preheat the Air Fryer
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes. Lightly coat the basket with cooking spray.
Air Fry the Ravioli
Arrange the coated ravioli in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them. Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray.
Cook Until Crispy
Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the ravioli are golden brown and crispy. Cook in batches if necessary.
Warm the Marinara
While the ravioli cooks, heat the marinara sauce in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir in the fresh basil and warm until heated through.
Serve
Transfer the crispy ravioli chips to a serving platter. Sprinkle with extra Parmesan and serve immediately with warm marinara dipping sauce.
Notes
Crispy Without Deep Frying: The air fryer creates a golden, crunchy coating using very little added oil.
Do Not Overcrowd: Arrange the ravioli in a single layer so hot air can circulate and crisp every side.
Cheese or Meat Ravioli: Cheese ravioli works beautifully, but meat-filled ravioli can also be used for a heartier appetizer.
Easy Dipping Options: Serve with marinara, ranch dressing, garlic butter, or spicy tomato sauce for different flavors.
Best Served Fresh: Enjoy immediately while the ravioli chips are hot and crispy for the best texture.
