Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb 450g boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet 1 oz ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • Cooking spray or olive oil spray

Instructions
 

Preheat Air Fryer:

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.

Prepare Coatings:

  • Mix flour and half the ranch seasoning in a bowl. In another bowl, place beaten eggs. In a third bowl, combine panko, Parmesan, and remaining ranch seasoning.

Coat the Chicken:

  • Dredge chicken pieces in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with panko mixture.

Air Fry:

  • Place chicken bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray with cooking oil. Cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through (internal temp 165°F / 74°C).

Serve:

  • Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce, like ranch, honey mustard, or BBQ.
