1lb450g boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
½cupall-purpose flour
1packet1 oz ranch seasoning mix
2large eggsbeaten
1cuppanko breadcrumbs
2tablespoonsgrated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
Preheat Air Fryer:
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
Prepare Coatings:
Mix flour and half the ranch seasoning in a bowl. In another bowl, place beaten eggs. In a third bowl, combine panko, Parmesan, and remaining ranch seasoning.
Coat the Chicken:
Dredge chicken pieces in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with panko mixture.
