Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined (tails on)
  • 6 cloves garlic finely minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Lemon wedges and chopped parsley for serving (optional)
  • Steamed white rice for serving (optional)

Instructions
 

Prep the Shrimp:

  • In a mixing bowl, toss shrimp with garlic, olive oil, melted butter, soy sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.

Preheat Air Fryer:

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.

Cook the Shrimp:

  • Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until shrimp are pink and cooked through.

Serve:

  • Serve immediately with lemon wedges, chopped parsley, and steamed rice if desired.

Notes

Garlic Lovers: Add extra garlic or top with crispy fried garlic for bold flavour.
No Air Fryer? Sauté the shrimp in a hot skillet instead for 3–4 minutes per side.
Spicy Twist: Add crushed red pepper flakes or a dash of hot sauce.
Serving Ideas: Pair with coconut rice, tropical salad, or pineapple salsa.
Storage: Best served fresh, but leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 2 days and reheated gently.
