Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups pecan halves
  • 1 large egg white
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Cooking spray optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk egg white and water until frothy.
  • Add pecans and toss until coated.
  • In a separate bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Pour sugar mixture over pecans and stir until fully coated.
  • Lightly spray air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  • Spread pecans in a single layer in the basket.
  • Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  • Let cool completely before serving or storing.
