Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup peanut butter smooth or chunky
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • 24 milk chocolate Kisses unwrapped

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.

Make the Dough:

  • In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and baking soda until well combined.

Shape the Cookies:

  • Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll into balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, spaced about 2 inches apart.

Bake:

  • Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.

Top with Kisses:

  • Remove the cookies from the oven and immediately press a chocolate Kiss into the center of each cookie. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
