Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Filling:

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons water

For the Quesadilla:

  • 4 medium flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter or oil for cooking

Optional Add-Ins:

  • salsa
  • sour cream
  • avocado slices
  • cilantro

Instructions
 

Heat Chicken

  • Heat olive oil in a pan, then add shredded chicken, taco seasoning, garlic powder, and water. Cook for 2–3 minutes until warm and coated.

Assemble Quesadilla

  • Place tortilla in a skillet, add cheese and chicken mixture, then top with another tortilla.

Cook

  • Cook over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted.

Slice & Serve

  • Remove from pan, let cool slightly, then slice into wedges. Serve warm with salsa or sour cream.
