Crispy, flavorful vegetable pakoras: a delightful snack or appetizer.

INGREDIENTS

Combine besan, coriander, salt, chili, zeera, onion, palak, potato, mint, soda. Gradually add water. Rest batter for infused flavors.

Mix ingredients and add water to make thick batter. Rest 15-20 mins for flavors to meld before frying.

– After about 20 minutes, the batter will be a little runnier than before because the onions release their water.

– Heat oil in a wok or kadhai over medium heat. Place the batter in the oil using a tablespoon and let it fry.

using slotted spoon, flip pakora and once there color changes to golden brown , drain oil and take them out.

– Finally, serve the pakoras with a chutney of your choice like chilli garlic or imli , and enjoy!
