Medium Tomato

Ginger-Garlic Paste


Green Chilli

Coriander Powder

Red Chili Powder

Turmeric Powder

Black Pepper

Heat oil over medium heat and sauté the onions until golden brown.

Step 1

Add the ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, and continue to fry for 2 minutes.

Step 2

Add the diced tomatoes to the pan and cook on high heat until the tomatoes soften.

Step 3

Reduce the heat and add salt, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and black pepper.

Step 4

Mix well and cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes.

Step 5

Stir in the yogurt, followed by the red beans.

Step 6

Add water and let the mixture simmer for 7 to 10 minutes.

Step 7

Serve the rajma with rice or roti, and enjoy! 😊
